Da Vinci Anastasia Crib Espresso

One of the main reasons why I was interested in the Da Vinci Anastasia Crib in espresso is because it would match the other items I had in there. I wanted to get a crib that was safe for my baby and this one definitely is. At the same time though I wanted one that was a good investment. Why pay for a crib that your child uses for several months and then you place in the garage for storage?

With the Da Vinci Anastasia crib though my baby would be able to use it for many years. First as a crib, then as a toddler bed with a safety railing on it, and then as a regular bed. The materials for it are very well made so it is built to last them for many, many years. As a parent keeping my child comfortable is a very important thing to me. I felt that going this route was better than spending less on a crib but then investing more down the road when you consider the costs of the other two types of beds I would need to purchase as well.

I love the sloped design of it and the way in which it curves. This gives the crib an elegant look but I didn’t have to spend a fortune on it. During the crib use, there are three levels so that you can move the mattress down as your baby starts to stand up. As a parent you want to be very careful that your child can’t climb out of it.

It is also very simple to convert from one format to another. For those of you like me that aren’t mechanically inclined, this was also comforting. I don’t want to mess with something that is difficult to put together. All of the necessary safety protocols are in place too with the Da Vinci Anastasia crib. I don’t have to worry about my child being safe enough in it no matter what format it happens to be in.

Keep in mind that you do have to buy the conversion kit separately. It doesn’t come with the crib. While I didn’t like this fact, having the railings for the toddler bed and the ability to get it into a regular bed was very affordable. I just wanted to mention this so that you don’t assume such items com with the crib you purchase. You can wait to buy it later on though if you don’t want to have to keep those items stored somewhere until you need them.

Da Vinci Anastasia Crib - In Conclusion

The fact that the Da Vinci Anastasia crib in espresso costs about $350 though at first was too much for me. Yet the more I found out about it and realized all that it offered, the more I was convinced this was the perfect one for me to bring my new baby home to. I purchased it two years ago and my child is now using it as a toddler bed. It still looks brand new and I would recommend it to anyone.
